The Twitter header, still used on X, is 1500 × 500 pixels. The profile photo covers the lower-left. The circle marked Avatar is that overlap, so keep titles and logos out of it and toward the center of the banner. Some phone layouts also crop a little off the top and bottom. Drag and zoom, then download JPG or PNG. Processing stays in your browser.

How to Use?

Upload a JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF.
Choose Fill to cover the 1500 × 500 header, or Fit to show the whole photo on a background color.
Drag the photo and move Zoom until the subject sits where you want it.
Keep titles and logos out of the Avatar circle and near the center of the header.
Click Create, then download JPG or PNG. The file is exactly 1500 × 500 pixels.

Notes:

1500 × 500 is the header size, a 3:1 image. X still uses this Twitter header size.
Avatar is the lower-left circle. The profile photo sits there. X does not publish an exact overlap box. The circle is a preview only and is not saved in the file.
Keep important text near the center. Narrow screens can crop the top and bottom of the header a little.
The JPG download is reduced automatically if it would be over 2 MB. Use JPG for photos and PNG for flat graphics.
Work stays on your device. A small source image is enlarged and can look soft. GIF uses the first frame, so the download is a still image. X does not animate a GIF used as a header.
